How do I check in?

A member of staff will contact you on the day of your arrival to arrange a time convenient for you be shown how everything works in the apartment and hand over the keys.

How do I check out?

Our apartments are self locking, so you simply need to leave the keys behind when you leave and our cleaners will pick them up. Don't forget to let yourself out of the garage first if you have parking.

Where can I park?

Parking is available on site at Finzels reach, there is an additional £15 per night charge for this. Please see parking guide for information on parking facilities at other locations.

What does the apartment come with?

Everything you need, from what you might expect from a hotel:

- A hairdryer, bedding, towels, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, shampoo and soap.

- And more: cooking equipment, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD player, Iron and Ironing board.

How often are the apartments cleaned?

The apartments will be cleaned ready for each guest, or weekly for longer stays. If you would like your apartment cleaned more regularly, this can be arranged for £20 per clean for a one bedroom apartment and £30 for a two bedroom.

Does the apartment come with internet?

All of our apartments come with free wireless broadband, so you can work or relax as you would at home, you will be shown where to find the passwords upon check-in.

How are the beds set up?

All our rooms have a double bed and unfortunately they cannot be set up as twins.

What if I want an additional childrens bed?

We can offer an extra childrens bed in our apartments, just let us know in advance so we can set it up ready for your arrival. These are charged at £20 per night and a maximum of one per apartment.

Do you provide children's cots?

Yes, we can provide a free childrens cot in the apartment. Let us know if you need one when making your reservation and we will put it in the apartment ready for your arrival.

What are our payment terms?

We take the full payment at the time of booking to reserve the apartment. If you cancel more than 7 days before your arrival then we will refund 70% of the charge, within 7 days of your arrival no refund is available, as it is unlikely we will be able to resell the reserved apartment.

Do you offer a check in beyond 8pm?

Yes. If you require a check in later than 8pm then this is chargable at £25.

What are your office hours?

A member of staff is available onsite from 9am until 8pm Monday to Friday and 12pm until 8pm on Saturday and Sunday.
